The Western Pennsylvania School for the Deaf (WPSD) is located in the eastern suburbs of Pittsburgh (Edgewood). WPSD also operates The Scranton School for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Children in northeastern PA as well as the Camp Hill Outreach Office in central PA.

The DePaul School for Hearing and Speech in Pittsburgh, PA is the only auditory-oral school in the Western Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia tri-state area.

The Pennsylvania School for the Deaf is in Philadelphia (Germantown area).

The Clarke Schools for Hearing and Speech have 2 locations in Pennsylvania--Philadelphia and Bryn Mawr (western suburbs of Philadelphia).
